Adding it to your mail app
Gmail (web)
- Click Copy signature on the one you want.
- Settings (gear) → See all settings → General → Signature.
- Create new, paste, then Save changes at the bottom.
- If you send as several addresses, set the signature per address.
Apple Mail (Mac)
- Mail → Settings → Signatures, pick the account, click +.
- Untick Always match my default message font.
- Paste over the placeholder text. Close settings to save.
- iPhone: Settings → Apps → Mail → Signature. iOS keeps text only, so use Reply or Footer line there.
Outlook
- Web/new Outlook: Settings → Account → Signatures.
- Classic desktop: File → Options → Mail → Signatures.
- Paste, save, and choose it as the default for new messages and replies.
Roundcube (webmail.anteand.co)
- Settings → Identities → your address.
- Switch the signature box to HTML (the <> source button), paste the result of Copy HTML, Save.
Tagline: leave it off for everyday email, since existing clients don't need it in every thread. Switch it on for leads, who often forward your email to someone who has never heard of ANTE.
Images: the logos load from assets.anteand.co/brand/signature/, so they don't add attachments. Some clients hide images until the recipient allows them; every variation still reads correctly without the logo.
Dark mode: the logo is white letters with a dark outline, so it stays legible when Apple Mail or Gmail switch to dark. Text colours are plain greys that dark-mode clients can invert.
Fonts: the signatures ask for Inter and fall back to Helvetica or Arial. Most mail apps don't load web fonts, so recipients will usually see the fallback.
Saving them: copy Wordmark with the tagline off and save it as your default for new emails. Switch the tagline on, copy again, and save that as a second signature to pick when writing to a potential client. Save Reply as the default for replies and forwards. Gmail, Apple Mail and Outlook all let you switch signatures while composing. Label, Stacked mark and Footer line are alternatives.
