Where we ship
We currently ship within South Africa and to Namibia. If you're elsewhere and would still like to order, get in touch and we'll see what's possible.
Order cut-off & dispatch
Orders placed before 1pm on a business day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or over a weekend, go out the next business day. You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Returns & exchanges
If something isn't right, you have 14 days from delivery to return it for a refund or exchange. To start a return, contact us with your order number and we'll send instructions. A few things we can't take back: opened food, pantry, or drink items; opened or used skincare, bath, and body items; anything without its original packaging.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund — no need to send anything back first.
