Use of this site
You're welcome to browse, read, and shop here for personal use. Please don't copy or republish our photography, writing, or product descriptions without asking first — most of it takes real time to make.
Orders & payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept once payment is confirmed and the order is processed. Prices are shown in South African Rand and include applicable tax unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product turns out to be unavailable, in which case you'll be refunded in full.

Product descriptions
We try to describe every product accurately, including where it's from and what's in it. Photography is a genuine representation, though natural materials and food products can vary slightly from what's pictured — that's part of them being natural.
Intellectual property
Everything on this site — writing, photography, design, and the Nature Happy name and logo — belongs to us or our licensors, unless stated otherwise.
Limitation of liability
We do our best to keep this site accurate and running smoothly, but we can't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
